I joined Open Law in July 2021 and quickly became a productive part of the team, working with Lisa and Emily. I became a Director of the firm in January 2025 and I’m proud to be continuing Open Law’s growth with them.
My primary focus is overseeing the compliance and risk management of the business, ensuring we operate responsibly, efficiently, and always within the bounds of regulatory frameworks. With a legal background in Property and Litigation, I bring a clear, pragmatic, and solution-focused approach to my work. I thrive on variety and the challenge of adapting to whatever each day brings.
Having experienced the pressures of long hours and extensive travel in my previous roles, I really focus on employee welfare, recognition and a supportive work culture.
I was drawn to Open Law’s people first ethos and caring atmosphere, where I can celebrate team success and make sure everyone feels valued.

Beyond work, I am a committed local authority governor for Scapegoat Hill Junior and Infants School and an active committee member of the Huddersfield and Dewsbury Law Society.
I’m a proud stepmum to two boys and enjoy spending time with my husband, experiencing new adventures, discovering new places and trying something completely different. I extended my love for travelling to my wedding as I got married in Lucca, Italy in 2018.
