I founded Open Law with a clear vision: to build a firm that does things differently. One that always has its’ door open, focuses on the people and explains matters without jargon. Since the first building in Marsden, our firm has always stuck by those values, and I’m really proud of who we are today.
When in work, I’m committed to finding a practical solution that works for you. Known as the ‘go-to’ person for any legal questions, I’m the one who gets things done!
As Open Law’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice, I help ensure our firm is compliant with Solicitors Regulation Authority Regulations.
Day to day, you’ll find me answering complex questions, managing the day’s caseload with my team, training junior staff, working on files – the list goes on!

Residential, agricultural and commercial property transactions Wills, trusts, probate and estate planning Family law, including divorce, financial arrangements and child matters
My personal experiences have shaped my values and determination. Though I’m now in a successful position, my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. I’ve worked hard to get where I am, juggling long hours, a large family, and divorce.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my five children, who make me proud with their sports and community clubs. I also love renovating properties, good wine, theatre, walking my dogs and horse riding.
